Hi Everyone: What an answer to prayer. We arrived safely in Africa at approx. 10:30pm (there time) WITH ALL THE LUGGAGE!. What a honour to finally meet the woman we have talked so much about, (Rosemary). By the time we got to the hotel it was very late and we were all tired, so today we will take time to shop for supplies and take alittle time to relax with Rosemary. And Richard, me and Rosemary are sitting here together thinking of what to say to you, knowing that travelling without gets you first class seats and all luggage arrives with no problems. But we need a pineapple peeler. So I guess you still have one job out here in Africa.

in what city is the orphanage Ray

The orphanage is located in Ogooma, which is a small village just west of Kumi. The team will be staying in Kumi and driving out each day to visit the orphanage.
Kumi is a 4 or 5 hour drive north of Kampala, the main city where the team spent their first day. Kumi can be found on most maps of Uganda - or just type it in to Google Maps. Ogooma will not show up on the maps - it is too small.

Mac this a.m. (at -35) and begin to catch up with missionary efforts of many, I came across this link from Ron Brown, who is Rebecca Browns father the missionary assistant with Paul and Chantelle in Niger, about his experience with going to church over there. It may help understand more in your efforts to make the next step.
